Karey P. Pond Karey P. Pond was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 2000, and the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, in 2003. Ms. Pond graduated from Central Connecticut State University (B.A., 1997), and graduated cum laude from Western New England College School of Law (J.D., 2000).
From 2000 to 2002, Ms. Pond served as law clerk to the Honorable Francis X. Hennessy and the Honorable Anne C. Dranginis of the Connecticut Appellate Court.
Ms. Pond served as a Staff Member and Articles Editor to the Western New England Law Review during law school and authored "The Telecommunications Act of 1996: When Legislative Regulation Becomes Unconstitutional Punishment," 22 W. New Eng. L. Rev. 271 (2000).
Ms. Pond is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and Defense Research Institute. She concentrates her practice on product liability, insurance defense, and appellate advocacy. |
