Brian P. Henry concentrates his practice in the areas of fire science litigation and product liability. Brian serves as national counsel for a major international corporation with respect to certain product liability litigation projects, and his inventory of cases includes matters in more than 20 states.
Brian has litigated numerous fire science and product liability cases through trial, with those cases concerning appliances, household products, heating equipment, and catastrophic fire loss cases. He has had the opportunity to depose experts on a wide variety of topics, utilizing his expertise in fire science to challenge unfounded or baseless "scientific" opinions.
In August, 2006, Brian received the Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator designation from the National Association of Fire Investigators, a designation held by only a handful of attorneys in the United States.
Brian also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Connecticut School of Law. |
